1. Fill in the Information and your username and password will be emailed to you.
2. Click “SCHEDULES”
3. Select your classes (you can select up to three weeks work of classes at one time)
4. At the TOP RIGHT corner of the screen you will see “BOOK”…Click this button to confirm your selections.
5. If you are satisfied with your bookings click “BOOK” or if you are not click “CANCEL”. (you will be able to cancel later as well)
6. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
You will be able to book ONLY if you have purchased classes in advance.

We were referred to you by Dr. Jim Herrington. My mother, Edie Lees has been playing phone tag with your office for about a week now. Please contact me on my cell xxx-xxx-xxxx to schedule a consultation and behavioral analysis of our 2 year old lab Charlie. He has had 2 puppy training classes in the past (at PETSMART) and did well. I am 5.5 months pregnant and he has been acting up for a while now. Charlie doesn’t do any of the things he was trained to do. He is a super sweet and loving dog and we would like him trained properly; for his own safety as well as the safety of our family. He is Not aggressive or mean and gets along great with other dogs. He acts out with everyone but with me more than anyone else. I am the one that gives him the most exercise and play. He lives with my parents and I see him about 4 days per week. He is always way overexited when he sees me! He will jump and bark like crazy. It takes about 10 minuted to calm him down. He follows me around everywhere. I think part of him is protecting me and part is jealousy. He will bark constantly!!!!!! He has no aggression toward other dogs but if I am petting another dog, including our other dog Andy, he barks like crazy and grabs my arm with his mouth to get me away. His behavior is directed at us not other dogs. We know you can help. Thank you in advance!
